18:9 display ASUS smartphone spotted on TENAA | Hungry Geeks | Latest news
ASUS has released a crap ton of smartphones this year such as the ZenFone 4 Selfie and the recently announced ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite. It seems that ASUS is jumping on to the 18:9 bandwagon. An ASUS smartphone with the model name X018DC has been spotted on the TENAA website.

The smartphone allegedly has a 5.7-inch 1440 x 720 display and will be available in 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB variants with a 1.5GHz octa-core processor.
At the rear is a dual camera setup with 16MP + 8MP cameras with an LED flash while the front is armed with an 8MP camera. It will run using an Android 7.0 Nougat with a 4030mAh battery. That’s about all we know about the X018DC. We’ll update you when we receive more information about ASUS’ first 18:9 display smartphone.
