NVIDIA Titan V goes official, decked with Volta architecture and 12GB of HBM2 | News and Reviews
NVIDIA has just announced a new heavyweight video card. Going by the name Titan V, their newest card is equipped with NVIDIA’s 12nm GV100 GPU based on their own Volta architecture. This new chip is backed by 12GB of HBM2 memory and contains 5120 CUDA cores, 320 Texture Mapping Units, and 640 Tensor cores.
Designed for AI and deep learning, the Titan V comes clocked at a 1,200MHz base and a boost of 1455MHz while the HBM2 runs at 1,700MHz for a total of 652.8GBps of bandwidth. The card has a rated TDP of 250W that’s supplied by 8+6-pin PCIe connectors while display can be put out via three DisplayPorts and a sole HDMI port.
The NVIDIA Titan V can be purchased exclusively via the NVIDIA store for the low, low price of USD 2,999.
