Turok: Origins announced for PS5 – first play details

Hi, I’m Jesus Iglesias, match director here at Saber Interactive. We just made it clear that Turok: Origins, our future game, will be available for PS5; this has sparked some contentious queries. I’m excited to share more information about Turok: Origins ‘ upcoming launch with PlayStation Blog.

Could you explain your decision to go that way in more detail? We’re all big fans of both the company and previous games in general. However, in the end, we wanted to take a different route than the preceding Turoktitles. We have a unique opportunity to develop the brand while maintaining the elements that make for a great Turokexperience because Saber has a rich history of producing third-person guns. Fans of both the old and new Turok franchise may love our novel take on the classic series.
What’s your view on the story of the Turok company? Typically, Turok is a very diverse franchise, stirring elements as varied as reptiles, aliens, and robots. We feel we have begun a new book for the company with Turok: Origins.
How does Turok: Origins meet in the Turok legend? The famed Turok Warriors band together to save mankind from an intense alien species and complete annihilation in Turok: Origins, which easily fits into the Turokuniverse. Players may discover ancient mysteries that relate to the story of the Order of the Turok as the story progresses.
Why do you believe that Turok’s recognition has remained so strong? We believe it has a little something for everyone, fitting pretty well into the minds of gamers who like to explore weird, fantastic worlds throughout the world, exploring around new planets, novel creatures and enemies and of course, fighting dinosaurs.
What are some of the most fascinating opportunities and problems to restoring Turok to its former glory days? The difficulties of bringing Urok again are comparable to those that we encounter with any significant job. There are always fresh and exciting things we need to be prepared for in the entertainment industry, which is very competitive. But we see Turokas a very exciting option because it has such a powerful reputation with special features that make it stand out with the animals, creatures, action, and inquiry.
If players have played the first version of Turok in order to understand/like this one? To understand and appreciate Turok: Origins, people do not need to have played any prior Turok game. This is an all-new, stand-alone experience.
Why does Turok: Origins include co-op instead of just being a single-player knowledge? While Turok: Origins can certainly be enjoyed as a single-player practice, we even wanted to make a game that friends may experience together. We saw this as an opportunity to introduce co-op because the account has a connection to the Order of the Turok’s history and legend, and it features more than one Turok.
