DC Universe Online introduces new chapter-based account circles next year

I’m Al Rivera, Creative Director of DC Universe Online, and I’m around today to talk about the interesting tale changes that are on the means to our favorite MMORPG. Starting with our second revise, Light and Rain: Day of Reckoning, our staff will be sharing reports over the course of several chapters instead of the one-off structure that we’ve usually taken. What does that suggest for people? Let’s get into it! Present me a humorous lover, and I’ll show you a person who appreciates strong tales told over the long haul. We love one-shot books as much as the second man, but we felt that there was an option for us to move into what makes manga engaging. That’s why we’re taking a new technique and telling tales through “story circles” and “chapters. ” Chapters are portion of a larger history arc, and our top story arc, Light and Rain, actually begins with the release of its first chapter called Day of Reckoning, which I’m pleased to show will be available next week. With Day of Reckoning, Players will be able to experience a totally new tale knowledge filled with violent behavior and powerful story that you have never seen before in DCUO. We’re excited to see how people respond to the new circle, whether they’re exploring our kingdoms for the first time or have been with us since we launched on PlayStation 14 years before. As humorous fans, we love the group discussions that come between concern releases, and we’re looking forward to seeing the lover theories and guesswork that folks will have around DC Universe Online’s tale. We’ve been sharing Day of Reckoning updates via in-universe posts, and the community has already started sifting through them for hidden nuggets. We’ve worked to ensure that those discussions will continue as players try to predict what’s ahead, what heroes will be swept into the action, and why exactly characters are making difficult and nuanced decisions.
