After a tracking database upgrade and additional criticism from Republican lawmakers, the Gulf of Mexico has been changed to the Gulf of America on Apple Maps for people in the US. &# 13, It appeared that Apple had rename the Gulf of Mexico by displaying the phrase” Gulf of America” when people searched for it, but that wasn’t enough. US President Trump made the suggestion in an executive order signed on January 20 that the title change be made.
