Having problems about your recently purchased ASUS gaming notebook? Well, worry no longer. ASUS Philippines has just launched ROG Premium Care; a free preventive notebook maintenance and check-up for all ROG and FX series notebook throughout the 24-month warranty period.
This service will allow any ROG or FX series notebook owner to have direct access to an ASUS technical expert from selected authorized service partners for diagnosis and preventive maintenance of their gaming device. The ROG Premium Care will eventually cover all notebooks that have 24-month warranty as long as the device was purchased from an authorized local reseller, the warranty has not been voided, and the notebook’s serial number can be verified through the ASUS system database.
Several preventive maintenance steps will be performed if any notebook will undergo the ROG Premium Care service:
- Overall System Diagnosis
- Thermal Compound Re-pasting
- Fan/Air Vent Cleaning
- Memory “Golden Pins” Cleaning
- Keyboard Cleaning
- Cosmetics Part Cleaning
- LCD Cleaning
- Recommendations
- Final Overall System Checkup
ASUS ROG has also partnered with Cooler Master to provide the thermal paste used for the CPU and GPU to prevent prolonged thermal damage.
