ASUS ROG Phone 3 teased to launch in PH on August 15 | News and Reviews

After its international launch a couple of days ago, ASUS ROG PH has teased that their latest flagship gaming smartphone, the ROG Phone 3, will be launched in the Philippines on August 15, 2020 at 8:00pm via a digital event.

It seems that ASUS will be bringing two variants: the vanilla ROG Phone 3 and the ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, the latter of which sports slightly tweaked specifications in order to keep its price down.

The ROG Phone 3 sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ chip while the Strix Edition has a Snapdragon 865 inside. Aside from this difference, both smartphones remain close to each other having a 6.59-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, a 64MP f/1.8 main camera, tons of RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.

In addition to these two smartphones, the brand will also be bringing the latest refresh of the ROG Phone 3 accessories such as the Kunai 3 controller, TwinView Dock 3, and Mobile Desktop Dock.
