SM partners with PLDT to launch #14376 SM Hotline for department store deliveries | News and Reviews

The SM Store has collaborated with PLDT to introduce its nationwide hotline number, #14376, to support SM’s Call to Deliver service in order to provide a better customer experience to its shoppers.

The SM Store’s #MyNumber hotline is powered by PLDT’s expansive fixed-line network, which will allow you to dial the #14376 hotline that will connect you to the nearest The SM Store branch in their area.

The Call to Deliver service is available in all 64 branches of the SM Store. This will allow you to shop for essentials and much-needed items from the comfort of your own home. Just call the hotline, provide your full name, contact details, and desired items. Once you have provided the necessary information, just wait for an SM representative to give your order confirmation, payment and delivery details.

You can have your items sent to your home via The SM Store’s delivery service or third-party delivery service app. You can also opt to pick them up outside the store premises.
