Apple wins trademark war against AliveCor, avoids potential Apple Watch trade restrictions

A federal judge has ruled in Apple’s favour in the years-long struggle against AliveCor, preventing a possible total transfer ban on the Apple Watch. &# 13, The ruling came in on Friday.
