M. Williams,” noted Head of Stores executive Kyle Grimshaw. ” We’re able to provide the next level of customer service, which helps us build better connections with our customers. ” &# 13; Apple also notes that iPhones are being used for employing training as well as in-store functions. Training videos and sales material can be accessed on the device, meaning even new employees get up-to-speed quickly. &# 13; Apple first launched a promotional page touting the iPhone as a key business tool in 2012.
