The International 2015 Collector’s Cache will provide you with 11 community-created Mythical sets and would probably give you the chance to get the Immortal Faceless Rex courier. The International Prize pool is currently at 10,921,665USD
The sets inside the Cache will not be sold elsewhere and won’t be available on the market but can be gifted. However, the Faceless Rex courier is fully tradable and marketable.
