Announced way way back in 2014, Battleborn is an online First-Person Shooter that incorporates MOBA elements similar to that of LoL and DotA 2, complete with the creep pushing and tower destruction. With veteran developers, of Borderlands fame, taking the helm, one could wonder at what goodness they could conk out. The game is set to be released on May 3 for the Sony PS4, Xbox One, and the PC. Would it work? Well, the new Battleborn trailer shows that it does.
The game does not take itself seriously but we doubt if the player base would not succumb to the toxicity typical to that of popular MOBAs.
Battleborn would carry DLCs in the future and players can take full advantage of it by buying a Season Pass. Currently, the site doesn’t include the Philippines in its pre-orders but we can expect the game to be up in digital stores such as Steam or carried by popular retailers.
