Based on the breakdown of Plans, you can have 5GB of data for 1,949 (Plan 999 + 950) monthly or 10GB of data for as low as 2,249 (Plan 1499 + 750), the freebies are almost the same and both have unlimited calls and text to Globe. Though with the 2,599 (Plan 1999 + 600) you can get additional unimited text to all networks and Php202 consumable load.
For us even the 2,249 is a great value, though if you are heavy in SMS then the 2,599 is a better option for you. As added bonus all recontact of plans for the Note7 are eligible for a Samsung Level U Pro Active Noise Cancelling headset worth Php4,099
On the other hand, Globe Platinum customers for the Note7 will get the handset for free as low as Plan 3799 and will have the latest Galaxy Level Box Pro (Portable Bluetooth Speakers) worth Php6,499 as freebie.

For the illustrated plans, seems that the 2199 monthly fee is the best option among the table. The 5GB monthly data is pretty standard, though the all net calls and texts might lack some as the other network offers unlimited calls and all net texts.
All plans have the option of 1 choosing free access to 1 app which is stated above. Freebie of Smart is the Samsung Battery Pack for the Note7 that adds 3,100mAh battery and Clear Cover as casing to all approved applicants until August 19, 2016.
