Huawei has added a new midrange 5G smartphone in the Philippines in the form of the Huawei Nova 7 5G. As part of the Nova series, the device comes with everything you would need from a smartphone and more in a price bracket that won’t break the bank.
The Huawei Nova 7 5G has a Kirin 985 chip inside with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. Thanks to the new chip, the device will have 5G connection in the metro so long as your carrier supports it.
Its display is a 6.53-inch OLED screen at 2400 x 1080 resolution with a built-in fingerprint scanner as well as a punch-hole at the top-left for its 32MP f/2.0 front-facing camera. A battery of cameras populate at the back led by a 64MP f/1.8 main camera, an 8MP f/2.4 ultrawide, a 2MP f/2.4 telephoto, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens.
As with their most recent releases, the Huawei Nova 7 5G runs on Android 10.1 with EMUI 10.1 although there’s no support for Google Mobile Services. Instead, the device will have the Huawei AppGallery as its app store. Inside its chassis is a 4,000mAh battery with support for 40W SuperCharge and 5W Reverse Charging.

The Huawei Nova 7 5G is now available in stores for PhP 23,990. Those who will pre-order from July 31 until August 2, 2020 will get freebies such as a Huawei Watch GT2e, subscriptions for Booky, Viu, and Huawei Cloud, as well as cashback vouchers for PayMaya, GCash, and Pesoloan.
