Instagram, WhatsApp, and Instagram all restrict access to Apple Intelligence.

The Writing Tools feature in Apple Intelligence has been removed from all Meta programs for the phone.

Writing Tools are not accessible in any of Meta’s different programs, nor are they accessible in Facebook on iOS.
Even if it’s glad to divulge the personal information of other companies, it’s unlikely that Meta will ever make that disclosure public, so it’s now preventing usage of Writing Tools. When the change was made, but it’s not clear when Facebook, Fibers, Instagram, and WhatsApp will have the same functionality as at the time of reading.

Or at least they are available for the iPad and iPhone, despite Instagram’s lack of a local iPadOS application. Apple Intelligence Writing Tools can still be used in a website, of course. Accessing Meta service electronically, whether on a Mac, phone, or iPad, won’t allow you to access Apple Intelligence’s Writing Tools.
