To better support its loyal customers during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Lenovo is adding another year to its already 2-year Premium Care warranty for select devices from July 1 onwards.
The Lenovo Premium Care entails several VIP services for you and for your Lenovo device:
- 24/7 access to Lenovo technicians via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp
- Comprehensive support for hardware, peripherals, and software
- On-site repair on the next business day
- “Getting Started” and “How to” assistance
- Annual PC Health Check.
Keep in mind that the new 3-year Premium Care warranty from Lenovo only covers select devices. Fortunately, Lenovo has provided a list of included devices:
- IdeaPad Slim 5
- IdeaPad Slim 5i
- IdeaPad Flex 5
- IdeaPad Flex 5i
- IdeaCentre AiO
- IdeaPad Gaming 3i
- IdeaCentre 3
- IdeaCentre Gaming 5i
- Yoga Slim 7
- Yoga Slim 7i
- Yoga Slim C940
- Legion 5
- Legion 5i
- Legion 5pi
- Legion 7i
- Legion Tower 5i
Those who are not included in the list can extend their existing warranty by going to the nearest Lenovo or Legion Concept Store, or any Lenovo authorized reseller and provide the information of their device.
Extending your coverage will cost PhP 5,300. You are allowed to extend your Premium Care warranty up until six months before the expiration of your warranty. Devices currently in the older 2-year carry-in warranty can also upgrade to the 3-year Premium Care Warranty for PhP 9,100.
