Moto Postpaid plans now available via Smart and Globe – Hungry Geeks

Moto PH recently announced their comeback in the Philippines, one of their plans is to enter the Postpaid market and they are now finally available to be availed via Smart and Globe. Though not all phones are available on both networks, so let’s see which ones are available.

Moto Z – Power Pack Mod – Globe

Moto offers the flagship Moto Z via Globe myLifestyle Plan 1499. The has built-in unlimited calls to Globe/TM, unlimited text to all networks, 6GB GoSurf data and free 3 months Spotify or HOOQ. The plan has a cash out of Php19,200 leaving you with a monthly of 2,299 for 24 months. Good thing that this plan has the JBL SoundBoost Speaker Mod and Incipio offGrid Power Pack Mod.

All in all, you will spend Php55,176 for 24 months with the device, pretty close and a nice deal with 6GB internet a month and two Moto mods included. You can check out here our full review of the Moto Z.

Here is our video review of the Moto Z

Moto Z Play – Globe

The Moto Z Play is a more affordable version of the Moto Z, it has lower clockspeed but still has the same Moto-Mod capabilities. For Plan 1499 with a cashout of 8,400, you can get the Moto Z for the same plan and a free JBL Soundboost.

Overall a total expense of Php44,736 with 6GB of internet for 2 years is not bad for the Moto Z Play and free JBL SoundBoost.

Moto G3 Turbo – Globe

The Moto G3 Turbo is a mid-range all around smartphone, it has a 1.5Ghz Qualcomm 615 octa-core processor and 2GB RAM. Additionally, it also comes with IP67 water resistant and Turbo Power charging capabilities. The phone is free with Globe’s myLifestyle Plan 999 which is just Php23,976 for 2 years with 3GB of data.

Moto G4 Play – Smart

The G4 Play is also an all-around smartphone with a Quad-Core processor, 2800mAh battery and TurboPower charging. The phone is free via Smart’s Giga Plans 999 which has 5GB data, 50 All Net Calls and All Net Texts. This is quite a steal for anyone who doesn’t care about specifications and need a plan with big data allocation.

Globe plans have a hefty cash out due to the phones are either Flagship or Mid-range class, while the more affordable Plans 999 offers free devices which are competitive in their price range. One advantage to getting here is the Power Pack for the Moto Z, You’ll get both Moto-Mods that costs 10k for free and a data plan good for 24 months.
