Three new ASUS TUF Gaming monitors are now making its way into the Philippines. All the three TUF Gaming monitors pack fast refresh rate panels and refresh rate sync technology.
ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ
Leading the pack is the ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ. The display has a 31.5-inch 2560 x 1440 panel with an 1800R curvature. ASUS is sacking the standard TN panel in lieu of a Vertical Alignment (VA) panel to deliver better viewing angles and blacks to all players.
The TUF Gaming VG23VQ can run games up to 144HZ. In addition, the monitor supports AMD FreeSync allowing players to experience tear-free gaming experience within the 48 – 144Hz range.
ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ
Unlike the TUF Gaming VG32VQ, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27BQ comes with a 27-inch 2560 x 1440 IPS panel. This allows the display to have 178° viewing angles as well as 99% sRGB color space. The display can also run at a blistering 165Hz refresh rate via its DisplayPort.
The monitor also comes with NVIDIA’s G-SYNC compatibility certification. This will allow those who have NVIDIA cards to have tear-free gaming.
ASUS TUF Gaming VG27BQ
Essentially a twin of the VG27AQ, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27BQ comes with a 27-inch 2560 x 1440 TN panel. Though its viewing angles aren’t on par as its brother, its TN panel is compatible with the ASUS ELMB Sync.
When paired with FreeSync, the VG27AQ can deliver better motion clarity by reducing motion blur. Thanks to its 0.4ms response time, any movement will be reported to you in an instant.
All three monitors will be available by the 3rd week of September 2019. Here are their respective prices:
- ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ – PhP 30,000
