Flyby Camera Maker: Introducing the Flyby Camera Maker
The Flyby Camera Maker, a tool that enables people to create their own active, visual pictures, is one of the most exciting changes to Tomb Raider IV–V I Remastered. With this feature, you can create a changing camera path through any scene, exposing you to a wealth of imaginative possibilities.
Take a look at this picture that shows the fresh Flyby Camera Maker in motion:
As you can see, this application is very simple to use.
Simply set up up to 20 cameras wherever you like along a way.
Fine-tune your pictures by scrolling through your placed cameras positions and adjust different settings like, Roll, Field-of-View, Zoom, and motion velocity.
Hit the execute button—it’s that simple!
It doesn’t prevent there—Lara Fletcher herself you take center stage.
Using Photo Mode, you can place her within your custom picture, choosing her attitude, appearance, weapons, and clothing to fit the mood and style of the moment.
This device isn’t just for visual enthusiasts—it’s for anyone who’s ever wanted to see the earth of Tomb Raider through a director’s glass.
The sheer volume of Photo-Mode works that the online community has shared is astounding us, and this is our method of adding to that. Stay making your works known to the area because we want to see what you create.
Ammo shop
Another exciting new element designed to enhance the overall gaming experience! Then, you’ll have a smooth, on-screen screen showing the remaining weapons you have for each tool in your army, ensuring you’re always available for the next experience. We sincerely hope the Ammo Counter will help you stay organized and strong while managing resources in a contentious boss battle.
Cutscene pilot
We fully realize that this fan-base is extremely passionate about playing, and playing, and playing these games over and over again. So, we wanted to make it a much easier to get through the chit-chat and climb back into the action – entirely up to the person’s choice though, of course! More power to you if you want to watch that cutscene five more times! Maybe you’ll unlock some kind of achievement for that…maybe not. Either way, we hope you enjoy having options!
New animations
Lara Croft’s adventures have always been defined by her agility, elegance, and grace, so in Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, we’ve introduced extra animations that we hope will breathe fresh life into your gameplay experience!
Slide To Run: Press forward at the end of a slope to continue running after you’ve reached the end of it. This is toggleable in the Options menu and works with both modern and tank control schemes. This was a lost animation from the original video games that we had restored for the remaster!
When you’re about to step down from a ledge behind Lara, simply press the Action ( for tank ) or secondary ( for Modern ) button.
Hang on a ledge ( front ): While walking, press the Action ( for tank ) or secondary ( for Modern ) button close to a ledge in front of Lara and she will safely step down to it.
Turn around in place: While walking, press the Roll button while Lara is stopped to make her turn in place. This only applies to modern controls!
Fans of the original games will be delighted to learn that Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered features the original cheat codes! Whether it’s infinite ammo, skipping levels, or other nostalgic tricks, every cheat from the original releases will work just as you remember. And if your memory needs a little jog, don’t worry—Aspyr’s support site will have a full list of cheat codes available closer to launch. Time to relive those memorable experiences with a little more flair.
Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered is more than just a collection; it’s an invitation to rediscover the magic of Lara Croft’s formative adventures and share them with a new generation of players. It also has a rich legacy that spans decades.
