After much anticipation from the lifestyle-centric giant OPPO, they are now ready to release the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for their best selling F1s, R9 and R9 Plus smartphones. This is a great development for the three smartphones as they are expected to run smoother and better with the upgraded OS.
Updating to the latest OS version available will also bring the most up to date version of OPPO’s overlay UI called Color OS. Features such as better app permission management, battery saving doze mode, more fingerprint support, and google assistant.
In addition, the R9 & R9 Plus will have dual-sim function with 4G+3G compatibility.
