The OPPO F5 has been a relative success in the Philippines with almost 33,000 pre-orders within a week of its release The Chinese brand, however, is now teasing the release of their follow up for the F5, the F5 Youth.
The OPPO F5 Youth is expected to have a 6.0-inch 18:9 display with a resolution of FHD+ (2160 x 1080). As for its imaging capabilities, the F5 Youth is going to have a 16MP front camera bolstered by OPPO’s AI-assisted Beauty Technology while the rear will have a 13MP camera. As for processing, the handset is expected to have the same octa-core SoC as the OPPO F5 with 3GB of RAM running Android 7.0 Nougat.
The OPPO F5 Youth is expected to retail at around PhP 14,000. We’ll know more about the follow up for the F5 once the F5 Youth is released.
