ISP PLDT Inc. has added more than 70,000 fiber lines to the east of Metro Manila. This expansion includes cities of Antipolo, Marikina, Pasig, Taguig, Caloocan, and the towns of Taytay, Cainta, and Pateros.
“The network rollout in east Metro Manila will provide powerful connections and top-of-the-line services that will benefit both its residents and businesses,” said Oscar Enrico A. Reyes Jr., First Vice President of PLDT Inc.
PLDT is becoming more aggressive in its nationwide fiber-expansion program with the company investing PhP 300 billion over the last decade making them the most extensive fiber-capable ISP in the Philippines. Today, the company has 150,000km of fiber optic cables throughout the country.
