We began this job four years ago by collaborating with Mai Mattori and Ikumi Nakamura to create the characters and earth. We have blended the Kaizen tone with Nakamura-san’s design to create a crazy, romantic, special game. We’re a northern business, so we have worked with Chinese artists, musicians and creatives to take our globe to life and replace it with integrity. Our group members frequently have access to very small creative direction, allowing them to create something that is both real and meaningful to them. This has provided a wealth of unique forces and lived experience for the sport.
We recently revealed some of our message actors, including Michi’s words, Takaya Kuroda as Michi, and Kiryu Kazuma’s. We never anticipated words acting to be a part of the audition, and we CERTAINLY did not anticipate Kuroda-san to simply show up to the scene like it was a big deal. In order to make a buddy-cop dynamic between Pinky and Michi, he collaborates with Ayano Shibuya to create a buddy-cop relationship.
