SIE has made the difficult decision to raise the recommended retail price ( RRP ) of the PlayStation 5 console in some markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa ( EMEA ), Australia and New Zealand in the wake of a challenging economic environment, which includes high inflation and fluctuating exchange rates.
Starting April 14, the updated PS5 RRPs will go into effect as follows: EuropePS5 Digital Edition €499.99
