Realme X and X Lite launches in China | News and Reviews

Realme is now flirting with the premium mid-range market with the Realme X. Aside from having a pop-up camera, the brand is improving the screen and the rear cameras of the Realme X.

Realme X

The Realme X comes packed with a 6.53-inch FullHD+ display without any notches. The company was able to remove the notch by employing a 16MP pop-up selfie camera like its contemporaries.

At the rear is a dual camera setup composed of a 48MP f/1.7 main camera backed by a Sony IMX 586 sensor and a 5MP f/2.4 depth sensor. The brand has also removed the traditional rear-mounted fingerprint scanner in lieu of an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Realme X is powered by a 3,750mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 20W Fast Charging. The smartphone also comes with Dual-SIM capabilities, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 AIE chip, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of internal storage depending on the model.

Realme X Lite

The Realme X Lite is essentially a rebranded Realme 3 Pro. As such, it comes with the same specifications as the 3 Pro. Inside is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 AIE with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The smartphone does come with a 6.3-inch 2340 x 1080 notched screen since the notch hides the 25MP f/2.0 front-facing shooter. At the back is a 16MP + 5MP dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner.
