SanDisk announces 400GB microSD card because you can never have enough storage | Hungry Geeks | Latest news

Up to now, the largest microSD cards that you can find on the market have been limited to 256GB. SanDisk wants to assert its dominance over the microSD card market by announcing the largest capacity microSD yet, the whopping 400GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I.

Classified as UHS-I, SanDisk’s newest microSD card can do sustained data writes of up to 100MB/sec. A perfect companion if you want to record 4K/30fps with your smartphone. Maybe you can even store some of your, errr, adult entertainment when you’re on the go.

SanDisk’s 400GB monster will be available in the near future at USD 250.00
