It is still has the same specifications, look and feel with the original ZenFone 2. So if you want a more detailed review of the smartphone, you can read it here.
Basically, the ZenFone 2 Selfie has the 13MP front camera packed with a dual-tone flash and f/2.2 aperture. It still has the same body found on all Zenfones and is equipped with a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor.
The front camera has a huge sensor just like the one located on its back and it has a wider field of vision that can capture even if you are at the far side of the picture. It has a dual-tone LED flash on the right and a speaker grill on the other so you’ll have symmetrical feel on the camera.
Aside from a high-end front camera, one of their highlights is that the body has vibrant colors – it’s available in pink, blue and green. The back cover still has the same matte finish found in other variants.
Upon using the device for a week, one thing that surprised me is its battery life – I got to use the smartphone for roughly 3 days before I had to charge it up again. Out of curiosity, I ran a PCMark Battery Test and impressively got more than 9 hours on it.
Now for the selfie itself:
Obviously, the camera pretty much gives you the rear-camera quality with the front camera. It has nice angles so you won’t have the hassle of positioning yourself awkwardly when taking a selfie.
The ZenFone 2 Selfie is priced at Php11,995.
