A new addition to their flagship family, the XZ1 and XZ1 Compact shares the same OmniBalance design as its predecessors. Despite their simple and minimalistic design, both smartphones are rated at IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. Both phones will also ship out with Google’s latest Android 8.0 Oreo.
Xperia XZ1
The Xperia XZ1 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 SoC clocked at 2.4GHz as its heart complemented by 4GB of RAM. At the front is a 5.2-inch 1080p Triluminous Display while the rear camera is a 23MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.0 with EIS, PDAF, Laser AF, and LED Flash.
