Uber is known to be a transportation network and basically a taxi company and is present in over 24 countries; a basic need for all people living in the city. Well, Uber is expanding; and tends to answer another problem of busy professional with UberEATS.
UberEATS have already started in Barcelona as it awaits the Mobile World Congress this coming March; where the said City will be host to 30,000 attendees from around the world.
Before UberEATS; UberFRESH was already launched in Los Angeles under the banner “UberFRESH”. The site for UberFRESH is already done; so it is safe to say that it did not do well. Although, another service launched by Uber was UberRUSH which is a rush delivery service by the company.
If UberEATS becomes a success; it will go against Rocket Internet backed up Foodpanda; and if it comes locally, against City Delivery.
