Wayfinders! As the executive producer of Airship Syndicate, AJ and I are very excited to share the news about the future launch of our game, Wayfinder! We’re focusing on two significant fresh changes now, along with our October 21 start! Wayfinder is an ARPG where participants take on the roles of different Wayfinders in an effort to defeat a hostile power known as the Darkness, for those who may not be aware may not know. Wayfinder is jam-packed with information for you and your buddies to appreciate, all for one price, with no payments, including a single person strategy that can be played alone or with two friends, as well as unrestrained replayability through randomised vaults and end game activities.
Our 7 Wayfinders are distinct &, different, each with their own backstory, gear, abilities and ( pun intended ) ways-to-find new experiences across the world. You start with just one hero, and you can quickly remove the entire squad from the shadow to level, customize, and switch between them at will. But you do n’t need to fight alone! Two people can meet you for 3-player online, drop-in mix play co-op as you fight through Evenor collecting over 3, 000 weapons, armors, cover designs and more!
We’ve been in First Access for the past month, fine-tuning the game based on participant feedback we’re seeing from our very engaged area. I want to congratulate all of us at Aircraft for their contributions to the game every new and old, and for making it better with each new update.
Moving into the game’s entire release and leaving Quick Access does add a ton of fresh content to the sport. A brand new playable character, new Lost Zones ( our version of repeatable, and randomized dungeons ), new armor styles and loot to collect and a whole lot more.
But nowadays we’re here to talk about a great brand new opened world area– The Crucible! This lush, yet dangerous area has quests, mini bosses, and is packed with secrets ( and monsters! ) lurking around every corner.
The final battle begins in The Crucible. The Eldren have occupied a shattered region known as The Crucible—a city-sized machine built by The Architects, reclaimed by nature and lost to time. In search of a powerful secret at The Crucible’s center, the Eldren intend to finish the war their gods started, and pen the world a dark fate.
The Crucible is enormous and full of verticality and amp; there are many places to explore, despite the fact that players may already have mounts on hand. With that in mind, we developed an entirely new traversal tool: the Hookshot! We think you’ll love this thing. It’s incredibly entertaining to use, and it makes it simple to navigate the enormous new area and protect you from danger while exploring the Crucible!
The Critical Role Supporter Pack, which combines more than 50 distinct items from the world of Vox Machina with Wayfinder, is also available. This Supporter Pack directly supports two independent companies, Critical Role and Airship Syndicate, who are passionate about bringing their worlds to life through their dedicated player base. Although this pack will go on sale on October 21, we’re excited to debut the first in-game teaser featuring Venomess as Vex! Are there any items that are Critical Role inspired?

Wayfinder has greatly improved over the past year in Early Access! Our fans have told us that the experience today is more polished, more rewarding and most importantly, more fun. On October 21, we ca n’t wait to welcome all the new PlayStation 5 Wayfinders!
